Kevin J. Kirby
Director - Information Technology
As Director Information Technology of GST AutoLeather, Kevin J. Kirby, is responsible for the development of IT strategy, support of all business systems, technical infrastructure requirements, organizational needs, application development and deployment, as well as management of technology vendors.
Kirby joined the company in May, 2005, after a 20-year career of providing support and technology solutions in the automotive industry, including work for United Technologies, EDS, Federal Mogul, Collins & Aikman, Intier, and most recently as Chief Information Officer of Automotive Industry Action Group.
His extensive global experience includes being Vice President of IT-Europe for Collins & Aikman based in Germany, and Director of International Business Systems for Federal Mogul responsible for Europe, Latin America and the Pacific Rim.
Kirby received his B.S./B.A. in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University. Upon graduation, he began his technical career as a programmer and advanced to senior management positions in manufacturing systems and e-Business.
