Southfield, MI – GST AutoLeather (“GST”) and Cueros Industrializados del Bajio, S.A. de C.V. (“Cuinba”) have announced that they have signed a Letter of Intent to enter into a long-term strategic Technology and Supply Alliance under which Cuinba will provide GST with re-tanning and other services, and cooperate in developing best in class technology.

The final agreement between the parties is expected to be signed within the next 30 days.
